WHAT DOES A THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING SESSION INVOLVE?
Therapeutic Counselling uses psychotherapeutic skills to allow an individual to focus on the the specific problems. It also seeks to reveal what is unfolding at a deeper level of the personality. Similarly, whilst acknowledging and working with the effect the past has had on a person's life. Therapeutic Counselling also recognises and encourages the exploration of the unrealised potential alive within each of us - leading us towards and experience of our wholeness.
Normally counselling or psychotherapy sessions take place once a week at a regular time and for 1 hour's duration.
